Bank city was not under construction they were just cleaning the outside walls of the building, been working there since 2011, they always make sure the place looks brand new, beautiful, safe and it's crime free

Not likely, JMPD is really tough on enforcing By-laws, especially recently so I hope they arrest whoever vandalizes our city
