Hi sister, we have to keep in mind that translation often leads to a loss of meaning, especially when it comes to ancient languages. If we don't have the original Ingile, the Bible we have contains ambiguity, historical errors... The usefulness of the Bible is to push us to seek what can reasonat with the thruth. [DISCLAIMER: WHAT'S IM GONNA SAY IS NOT TO BE TAKEN AS FACTS] If they translated the verses into greek from hebrew and the verses used "in" as in "you are in me" and "I am in you", and if the hebrew grammar works similarly as it does in arabic, the word used here can also be translated as "with". Because we do not know what the original hebrew or aramaic saying would have been, we can only suppose what could had been said. I've been some bibles translate the word used in greek "en" (in) as "with" or a synonym of it. It wouldn't be so farfetched to read it as meaning Jesus and the father are associated in religion and they invite us to join them in heaven. --p.s.: If anyone has sources related to that i'll take it. If i'm wrong please give explainations and sources so i can correct myself or take back what i said if it's found to be wrong in the end.--

It's because Allah of the Qur’an has so much insecurity and *PRIDE* that in almost every ayat he has to emphasize that he is all knowing and all merciful and the threat of destruction if you do not believe in him.
