Glory be to God, I literally couldn't fall asleep, I was deep in thought when I heard a notification for this video. More amazing my thoughts are related to today's chapter. I feel confused and disappointed with what I see on social media. Lots of people debating their faith and reading through what they say, I can't believe how much people twist the scriptures to what they want. Some of them even make me feel angry, I do my best to not engage with anyone, online or in person. From atheists to Christians (all sorts of denominations), Muslims, etc...Some mock God, some twist the Gospel. It is crazy, I am not sure why it makes me feel so uneasy maybe because I can't do anything else but pray that God in all His mercy shows me how to leave all those intrusive thoughts. It's difficult not to try to give an opinion by truly behaving like Jesus would want us to.

Gloria I am so with you on secular music...he has personally done this in me too!!!I used to be so into rock music in my younger years...and satan had a big in road to my life through the music! But I got into gospel music and it has been a strong point in my walk! I get no edification in any other music! It speaks life to my spirit

There are many things that are secular yet demonstrates God's glory. When Ludwig von Beethoven was composing his music was God involved or what about Handel's Messiah, was God with him? I believe he was for we are created in His image. Sadly much of the secular music of the modern era has been corrupted by Satan to draw us away from God. One of my favorite poems is Rudyard Kipling's THE GODS OF THE COPYBOOK HEADINGS which is about eternal truths like the Book of Proverbs. As Christians, we can enjoy the secular so long as it edifies God and everything about Him remembering that represents truth, beauty, honor, devotion, love, sacrifice, forgiveness, justice, etc.❤
