one of my favorite stories in the bible! i remember reading about the woman at the well when i first got saved and it truly broke me and made me realize God's love for me. i remember crying, thinking - wow. God knows me, He loves me, and He loved me so much He sent His one & only Son Jesus to die for me! there's nothing like His amazing grace for us. thank you Pastor Paul for another amazing teaching! i am blessed every time listening to your sermons. God bless you :)

Pastor Paul, thank you for being a vessel God can use to teach. I have heard this passage presched on so many times over my 40 years of life. I even studied it in Bible college. Yet, you taught me something knew that went straight to the heart. I praise God for teachers like you. Thank you.

I was like the woman of Samaria; in Pastor Paul's words, I had an insatiable thirst for things that I did not understand. Now, Jesus has indeed shown me that He is what I have been searching for. Thank you, Jesus! God bless you, Pastor Paul.🤍🤍🤍

Good morning & Blessings to all. I have been following you and listening to your sermons for some time. In fact, I’ve told other friends about your verse by verse chapter by chapter study and how with the perspective & historical context you bring to your studies, I’m able to understand the passages so much better. I recently went into your website and saw that you have “Study Notes / questions for each lesson/video… Is there someplace we can go to review the answers? Some of the questions are pretty daunting. I would love to hear how other people answer them and get an overall view. Thank you again, and may God bless you, your wife and your family for all you do !!!!

Dear Pastor Paul , the sixth hour at the well either has to be 6 am in the morning or 6 pm in the evening because John was writing during Roman times . During those times their day started at 12 am midnight, and the bible commentary states that Matthew, Mark, and Luke are using the Jewish time keeping which their day started at 6pm to 6 pm the next day. So the woman at the well could not be there at noon. She had to be there in the morning or in the evening, But most likely she would be at the well in the evening.

I agree with this view, John's gospel is a bit later than the other three and probably written for the heathens and not for the Jews. This also explains the difference in time on the day of the crucifixion in John 19:44 and Mark 15:25

It wasn't because of stupidity of his son, but because of Salmon's idolatry that God said: - "The Lord became angry with Solomon because his heart had turned away from the Lord, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice. 10 Although he had forbidden Solomon to follow other gods, Solomon did not keep the Lord’s command. 11 So the Lord said to Solomon, “Since this is your attitude and you have not kept my covenant and my decrees, which I commanded you, I will most certainly tear the kingdom away from you and give it to one of your subordinates. 12 Nevertheless, for the sake of David your father, I will not do it during your lifetime. I will tear it out of the hand of your son. 13 Yet I will not tear the whole kingdom from him, but will give him one tribe for the sake of David my servant and for the sake of Jerusalem, which I have chosen.” 1 Kings 11-12

Did the sameritans and the Jews misunderstood the true meaning of God's omnipresence ,when they debated on where God was to be worshipped?
