It's a blessing he used a Samaritan woman and on top of that as some denomination's say condemning her saying she ain't worthy to preach or get behind a pulpit she has 5 Living husbands and she is a woman not permitted to speak. BUT PRAISE GOD JESUS DIDNT TELL HER SHES NOT PERMITTED TO SPEAK BUT SHE WENT BACK AND TOLD THE WHOLE CITY.

At the end of Jesus' conversation with the woman she recognized as a prophet only not as the Messiah. Note that when Jesus asked for water she did not give. Then He asked her to go and call her husband she did not go but she tried to hide her immoral life by changing into a religious conversation. Even when Jesus revealed Himself as the Messiah she went to call the village with words that show she was thinking of Him as a prophet only. But the people who came were the ones who accepted Jesus first. She did not respond to Jesus in a positve way. She did not give the water He asked for, instead of calling her husband she called the whole village and refused to let Jesus see the face of the husband as she did not want the people to know about her her secret affairs. Only those who confess their sins can be truly saved.

1) Jesus Christ took the road when no one was willing to take. 2) there was deep cultural differences in so much that people of Israel avoided each other. Did not want any thing to do with Samaritan society. This is same today between have nots and have, rich and poor, social differences, list goes on and on. 3) Jesus Christ walked about 3 days now sitting at the well. 4) this Samaritan woman despite being cut off by her society she continued to do her daily work. 5) she came to know Jesus Christ who he really was. 6) when she realised Jesus Christ was the promised one whom they were waiting for. 7) she was willing to leave her daily need behind to inform others in her town. 8) people knew who this Samaritan woman was and her situation yet people was willing to check out this Jesus Christ for them selves. 8) here we see A) physical needs . B) real need for God and having meaningful friendship with God through Jesus Christ. 9) just like we know Jesus Christ is coming to earth and take genuine followers to heaven. 10) image Jesus Christ saying to us in a similar situation " I have come to take you home" our response would be similar to this Samaritan woman leave everything and tell others Jesus is here to take me home

You notice the woman went back and preached to the men of the city and told them the gospel. She said come and see the messiah. Jesus you noticed didn't say don't go back and preach because your a woman and your not allowed to speak. The scripture was talking about the woman not to teach or us Dominion over her husband. But Praise God he didn't tell her don't speak. I could go on. Wonderful that the woman preached

Like the story of the samaritan women and Jesus. He said to her ..."for you have had five husbands, and the one you have now is not your husband. What you have said is true!" When you where young a child you where drived by the five senses vision, taste, hearing, smell, touch, those where for you like husbunds to lead you. Now that you arent more a child you dont have those husbunds, now you have intellect, but so another husbund that is the; mentality of the world. But indeed this new husbund that drive your spirit isn,t the true. Becouse you dont have the word of God that is the true husbund to drive you.

Yes! The text says they did in verse 8. The story also implies this after they return and encounter Jesus speaking with the woman.

@@kcrump6764 John refer to the apostles and himself as "disciples". This is very vague that many take as he was with dozens of other people besides his 12 MALE apostles. Judas was there because he had the "money" in the bag

SAMARITAN WOMAN WAS A VICTIM OF HER FIANCE'S BATTLE AGAINST THE POWER OF DARKNESS. There's a God's law of creation, if a male child is born then equally a female child is also be born correspondingly, they're born for each other bearing the image of God with one another, so if a man becomes young & apply this law in search of his fiance then he would absolutely come to know where she has been born, her religion, her name, her language, her culture etc., and in this Godly life project, there's no place for sin or sexuality or desire for lustful thoughts, caste, creed, culture, language, religion, race. God's Spirit indwelled man can send his DNA in the form of an invisible Spirit & impregnate his wife without physically touching her. This should've been a way for procreation in the beginning but it was lost, and instead the sinful way, meaning sexual relationships was imposed or introduced by an adversary the devil 😈 so as to run this world 🌍. However, an adversary the devil is keen and don't allow Godly life project in this world 🌍, so he takes action to destroy either of one who strive for a Godly life, most probably the devil who have his disciples of wicked guys & motivate them who would take an action to deceive the concerned female during the days of her youth & led her into a prostitution, and it would be known to the concerned male who have been born for her, and prompt him to mental agony but when an appropriate time comes both of them meet in person, the female doesn't know to whom she meets, it's just like that for her, and leave him but the male does know to whom he meets & knew that his fiance has become a victim of his battle against the power of darkness the devil, and no mistake in her part, so it is a great deal for him to meet her with great LOVE, but end up with a great lose of his life by losing her. John 4 has this story back in the 1st century, Samaritan woman was a victim and born as a wife of the Messiah but destroyed by an adversary the devil 😈. This world survives the way it is to this day, however this world would come to an end through one who have discovered the God's theory of creation and apply, and he may lose his life and he can't try to build his life with some other female since someother woman has been born for some other male, thus he can't, and in this kind of situation God would take an action to bring this world to an end, and in this reason the world affairs like politics, science, economy, tecnology, wars, natural calamities etc., are playing a role as a battle between Light and darkness which would come to an end & God shall return so as to reward him an everlasting life, creating the New Heaven and New Earth & throwing an adversary along with his wicked guys to the lake of fire 🔥. Conclusion: Men have discovered the physical laws that govern our universe, but the purpose they have failed to figure out, and still searching, this tiny message may an eye opener for those who still search for answers of life tough questions. This world was begun with one couple and in same manner this world 🌍 would come to an end with one couple who have been in the creation theory of God, so this world would come to the climax within 3.5 years from now as of May 2024.

it's never said she's immoral! she couldn't leave those men. women had zero control in relationships
@kcrump67642 жыл бұрын
It doesn’t have to say it because Jesus did! Jesus tells her to go call her “husband” and she acknowledges she doesn’t have one! Jesus then says you have answered correctly and actually you have had five and the one your with right now (living with unmarried) is not your husband! She had control of all those relationships because she didn’t have to be married again! He is exposing her sin! Man’s tradition has no bearing on what God has ordained as marriage. It’s an Devine appointment that must take place as is stated in the text.

The definition of a 'husband' was different in biblical times-anyone a a man or woman had sexual relations with was thus yoked to that person as husband and wife in God's eyes, the man could only spurn the woman if she was unfaithful to him. A perceptive man can instinctively sense a promiscuous woman-she will be an attention seeker and flirtatious. Maybe when Jesus said 5/6 he was throwing out a Conservative guesstimate to spare her shame a little. If the true answer was 20 say, she would hardly seek to correct him.
