He's extremely endearing isn't he? As an American I first found him while streaming old episodes of the UK sports game show "A League of Their Own." He had such fun banter on that show and was a really good sport. Now I can't help but smile whenever I see him.

"once they've seen your twanky, can a gooche be far behind" Gooch is slang for the perineum, the area between the anus and genitals (a play on words from goose.) Hes using Twanky as a euphemism for penis its an innuendo joke using wordplay from the context of playing the character widow twanky in Aladdin, and then as mother goose

I dunno how this movie was received. It was based on a Stephen King story that I always thought would make a great film. It was called "Apt Pupil" with Ian and Brad Renfro (kid from The Client). I was disappointed in the ending as it was quite different from the novella in Different Seasons. It was also kind of dark but I still enjoyed it.
