This is quiet the best video for beginners of griptraining i could find on KZbin. Thank you so much for your time and your patience in doing. The best is, that you demonstrate it by using usual things and nearly no special stuff. Thats easy, but hard at the same time. Greatings from Germany

19:15 If you don't have weight plates lying around you can use a deck of cards. Remove cards as you get stronger. Lots of motivation to not drop the cards cause nobody loves playing a game of pickup 52.

Really cool ideas - extremely simple and cheap staff - great footage - sub done ✅ and greetings from Poland. I like to train grip, biceps and forearm, wrists as well ✌️👏🇵🇱

8:31 I think it’s okay to do it everyday, unless you’re a beginner. The forearms recover fast and when training our ancestors used to do this shit on a daily

The blueprint I wanted to know, is that you have all these exercises.. Would you train with them all the same time, and rest for couple of days? Or do you do a number of them each day?

John, great video with lots of ideas and information; however, I noticed one area of weakness that you can eliminate by following Dr. Shawn Baker on KZbin.

This is a grip training vid... not a diet vid so it’s not a weakness lol for him cause John doesn’t care about being ripped etc... he’s a strong man.
