A guy with a powerful grip that crushed my hand gave me a tip. Reach out with your fingers separated making your hand as big as possible. Allows you to get a better grip on their hand. If fingers are together you will just get crushed. If their hand is huge you may just want to go for the fist bump. Lol. Thanks for the video!

The dumbbell fatgripz are what really helped my grip the most. I could barely do 80lbs with fatgripz 2 years ago, now I'm around 140 to 150 max with fatgripz dumbbells. It's definitely a fun workout because you get a bit of deadlift in the mix too just from picking it up off the floor. I think Odd has done 230lbs with the millennium dumbbell, which is a thick grip dumbbell only a few people in the world have done. He's crazy strong!
@bryanb99075 жыл бұрын
I got the fat gripz years ago. 2 different sizes. I mix them into my workouts and they have made a huge difference not just in my grip strength, but the help with presses as well. I only ever use double overhand grip for deadlifts. It's the only true strapless lift. Great video, very impressive.

Armwrestlers don't have a good grip because they never use their thumbs. You can check Juji and Tom's videos with Devon he did very well but way less than expected. They have incredible forearm and wrist strength but they can't squeeze because they want their opponent to squeeze them
