John is such a good man, a family man with his grand kids and always so giving. Not many left of this type. No ego no chest thumper just a hard worker decent family man. The younger generation need to learn and emulate this good man.

Its so underrated what a big Influence Engin is for Armwrestling. He does so much for this sport right now, and brings it closer to the People and the Internet. Plus he play a big part of the new school of Armwrestling. Everytime you see big things going on, Engin is a part of it. Thx dude.

In some aspects this match could be similar to the john brzenk vs denis cyplenkov matches in 2008 and 2009. Because John said he might go in a deep hook and he will not be waiting too long to finish. If that doesn't work out, john said that maybe he will slightly cup and roll depending on how the grip up feels like for him. This move would leave Leonidas in the open hand, (half)-kingsmove just like denis in 2009.

The fact thay john said he took 5 months off did rehab and still having bad pain in his ahoulder means that i think hes finally almost done with his armwrestling run. Man is just getting no relief from that injury
@ancientremains18146 ай бұрын
I"m afraid Leonidas's raw strength or his insane endurance will be too much for John. I'm rooting for the GOAT but I think it's gonna be a victory for Leonidas, however I'm sure John will win one of the first two rounds.
@goonermort6 ай бұрын
Really looking forward to this match. Hope u r feeling better Engin 👍💪
@TheUnchainedMind6 ай бұрын
I think Leo's endurance will be the key factor. I don't know a single strength athlete who is as strong as him while simultaneously having the same great cardio. His dedication to training everything is so impressive.
@Hiccupocalypse6 ай бұрын
I hope John is atleast in the same form as he was last year (or 2 years? ago) cuz of John can beat Oleg's last form, nearly beat Irakli, then Leonidas is still a long way away from that version of John.

What do you eat before a match? Like for energy or endurance. I understand resting a week or two before a match is a key factor.

He did mentioned it. He stated that he did a couple sessions of table time, and is resting up to be as healthy as he can be. In the meantime, he's doing a few wrist curls with the handle to keep the blood circulation going.

John are you messing with Leonidas, playing mind games. Because you are showing no confidence. And playing up the old retired guy. You're wearing the baggy t-shirt which will hide all the work you've probably Ben doing. Mind games are definitely part of it. Again good luck to both of you.
