Not only John was strong but his technicality is way ahead from others.
@viktor2694 Жыл бұрын
The thing that is scary is he wasn’t using 100% of his power even in 2006 which is considered to be his strongest form. John was still limited by his shoulder. Therefore he could not use that hard side pressure hit of the go. In 2006 his hand and wrist was so superior to everyone else it could cover it up. Imagine if he had a fixed shoulder in 2006 with added side pressure of the go? Holy shit!!!

I feel he was changing styles at this point, I still think the younger John was the best armwrestler he was much more explosive in his early days.

I can see why John didn't bring his trophies home with him! That thing is just huge! Where in the plane home would he put it? Would it fit in the overhead compartment? Could he put it under the seat in front of him? :D He said he often found a kid who was willing to receive his trophies, but this one is just enormous and perhaps a bit too conspicuous in anyone's home.
@bzukala2 жыл бұрын
he used to get free flight tickets actually , he started working as a airplane engineer so that he could travel for free for armwrestling matches, I doubt he would find no space to fit a trophy in a plane lol
@LeahRobb2 жыл бұрын
@@bzukala I know about the free tickets. I also know he gave trophies away to children at competitions abroad and binned the ones he already had accumulated by the age of 21 before he got married. I also know he has 0 trophies in his house to this day and has only held on to a few awards, like a belt and the legacy hammer. I've been listening to his MNL chats 😊

I wonder who had come up with all these kind of trophies? Come on man it’s arm wrestling not a beer drinking contest.

This is the best evidence that John beats Levan right? For example I have been called a blind idiot for claiming there is no evidence that Levan can beat prime John? Does this sound right for him to call me that?

@@Penland1234 Man, Levan is from a different era of arm wrestling. With the increasing flow of money, it became more and more lucrative for arm wrestlers to get into PEDs, insane training off the table etc. John hardly ever did that in his career. His skills and strength were developed largely at the table, not in the gym working on specific aspects. Can you imagine John growing his physique much as Levan or Ermes did ? No, there was no real money almost until the mid 2000s. If things were the same, perhaps John could have done something similar and competed with the likes of Levan
