Age was certainly a factor for John, but he also cut weight and barely had any time to adjust to it, which led to a weaker version of him.

I really hate hearing how john loses weight. Not having enough carbs really impacts performance in any athletic sport. Keto ruins the stomach biome and bacteria so when you introduce carbs back it really reeks havoc on the body.

John will always be a goat. His goat "title" would only be taken if Devon, Levan of any other arm wrestler could take his legendary record. That's what goat mean. It's way too far for Devon or even Levan can surpass it.
