Devon put up incredible effort fighting John for that long in that first match. and even stoped a John trying to top roll him out of that hook with back pressure. Very few people were truly worthy of pulling John at that point but Devon gave a great fight in the end.

John allowed Devon to get into position for that match. He flashed Devon when Devon tried to toproll with John prior to this. If anyone allows Devon to get into his position especially when he didn't have elbow surgery he was a monster.

@@dil8784 Haha yeah, well John is known to make challenges for himself like that. And Devon definitely earned a lot of respect from John in that test. I remember hearing Devon talk about that match way back, saying that he learned a tremendous amount about armwrestling skill just from that one pull.

And in tournament format with legit techniques like high hooks, massive backpressure, etc. Now hes taking on....sandris, and whats the other dudes name, in "dark" matches🤣. And he spent so much time practicing the kings move that its literally his only move now🤣 Oh wait....he also talks alot. Hes a twitter champ.
