May God Help you, the Bible says He will fill those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. The word of God is so spiritual, it is God himself, JOHN 1:1, if you are born again and have received the Holy Spirit he will surely give you more understanding as you continue to seek him. God speaks to your heart through his word by his spirit. 1. Read your bible, after you have forgiven anyone who has ever offended you. 2. Do what the word of God (bible) says and follow your intuition. A bit tough but worth it for sure
