Watching this shows how much thought process goes into these matches that they do. It's alot more then putting two names on a card and letting them get to the pre-selected winner. A match that comes to mind (it's been a while since I saw the WWE) was a match in the Mid 2000's of Kurt Angle V Undertaker that was on Smackdown. Not sure if they had anything else planned for the second half of the evening, but those two went at it for 45+ minutes. And I remember being on the edge of my seat for the ENTIRE TIME. It was that good. There's so much detail that goes into these things to really create a compelling story and match.

I felt like I was alone on this take when Taker's streak ended. So many people talked about the streak being wasted on Brock and I remember getting criticized into oblivion when I said that Brock breaking the streak meant that he was able to use that momentum in a way where others can benefit as well as use the streak in a way where we wouldn't predict. I remember that Summerslam match vividly when Lesnar tossed Cena around and I kept saying; "They're still using Taker's streak. Now it's being used to turn Lesnar into a monster". I talked about how Reigns was now using the momentum of the streak when he unified the titles by beating Brock which gave more credibility to him holding the titles for as long as he has. Hearing Cena say this vindicates my stance lol
