That Side chain trick with LFO tool is one of the best things i've ever seen !. I tried it just then, and its great knowing your kick and bass a perfectly side chained together. Not having to spend time having to get the side chain perfect, or getting the length of the kick right. Genius !

And can you please explain more about waves C4 on the masterbus. How do we know how much release, attack etc on the different frequencys we should have ? Thanks man !

Just one Question regarding the "Stereo Trick" on your master: Do you put your whole Track to mono already during sound selection and Arrangement etc. or only afterwards, when you first start doing a mixdown of the whole track?
@areszmusic38195 жыл бұрын
one question on the tip you gave about using a limiter and overdrive. I've recently started mixing and mastering my own tracks. In the mix down process I try to keep each track below 6db and find that the sounds fluctuates. so sometimes it is below 6db and then it goes above, so it is not constantly below 6db. Would you add an overdrive to each track to keep the level consistent or would that damage the mix?
@マシュードーラン5 жыл бұрын
Aresz Official Even if you’re going above -6db on the master channel, if it’s by a db or so don’t worry about it. If you can be in the -3db to -4db before the limiter you can achieve a nice level if your mix is clean
