With the no clown rule in terms of Joker. Palps likely just sends batman or lex luthor a bill for the damages caused by joker's capture cause it is the easiest way to deal with it. cause luthor likely has to chaperone the joker when there or bats has to pay before leaving

Even more so when you bring Dresden into the Mix. The Fae/Faeries are basically interdimensional beings coming from the Nevernever, and Dresden has killed Phobophages, which is basically what Pennywise would be as a faerie, and the Succubi/Inccubi that are the white court are a form of phage that have just as a diverse pallet as the hypothetical species Pennywise and Poppins would come from.

Of course the whole Mary Poppins and Pennywise thing with feeding on different emotions is how white court vampires work in the Dresden Files although in the books we only really deal with the Raith family who use lust with one book involving a different family that uses fear/terror.
