we have had 2 fail on or 1025 r, has happened wile plowing snow.... fan hits the rad in the same area you showed....... not sure what the cause is... I think snow is getting stuck to it and throwing it out of balance.... spoke to dealer and they didnt have any ideas

Check your motor mounts… Might be cracked or need to be tightened. Myself and another viewer here believe the engine moves enough to come in contact with the fan.

Ok, so your video is missing the most important part for me. I have my radiator loose, but cannot get enough room for the lower radiator hose outlet to come out of the hole and fully remove the radiator. Any ideas what I am doing wrong or hints to get it out? I don't want to have to remove the oil cooler, if possible. Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, yes I didn’t get the best footage, the rad does come out pretty easy it just needs to be tilted and pressed out a bit.

@fixmake7627 no worries about the response time. Life happens. Lol. I'll give it another shot this evening. Thanks

It will come out, don’t be afraid to apply a little pressure. Just tilt it and push it through.

@@fixmake7627 got it. Forgot there was a rubber drain hose. That's what made it so hard to get out

Check your engine mount I had the same problem my engine mount was cracked l had to replace the radiator twice at $500 each.

My mounts are not cracked but I believe you are right. I think there’s enough movement in them that it allows the everything to move enough for the fan to make contact. I think what ultimately happened is when I pushed into the pile of brush I drove up over a small stump and when I came back down it hit the oil pan and lifted the engine enough to make contact with the fan.
