Looks like it might have helped but can't hear a word over the baler.

Great video. Did you figure out the problem? Tough to hear over the bailer? Please let me know??

Yes finally did. After replacing the broken knife arm it was still breaking the string just below the knot. After a good bit of trial and error and some investigation I found that the manufacturer of the new knife arm had not properly cleaned up the casting after it came out of the mold ant there was a sharp casting line on the inside of the knife arm where the twine runs. Every time the bill hook would spin the twine to tie the knot it would cut right through the twine. A little work with a Dre Mel tool and sanding drum and it has only missed a dozen or so bales in the last 1000+ and most of those were due to the twine not the bailer.

1) You're running that baler to fast. 2) Your baler is out of time, and 3) By the way the baler looks, maintenance is not your strong suit.

About to do an update video on what the problem has been. In this video I was running the video at double speed to keep it from being to long. I’m actually running the baler at about 440 rpm to see if that helped. Keep your eyes peeled on the channel, just finished first cut at my house, and I got the knotters running great. Going to show everyone what the issue was.
