That 455 has 2 O rings in there. The 1st one is easy the 2nd is a pain and was my issue on my 425

Is it a Series I or a Series II motor? I purchased mine new and I stive have the Series I running strong! (I'm 65 years old)

I still have a 317 with one of those hated Series One engines. Runs like a watch.

Does that 317 have the series 2 kohler?
@tightwadproductions9613 жыл бұрын
I think so, because it's never had any oiling issues like most of them.

@@tightwadproductions961 how many hours does it have?

I'll have to check. It was already well used when I got it 15 years ago lol

What’s the tool called that you use to chip the rest off
@tightwadproductions9613 жыл бұрын
It is a needle scaler. They are the best tool I've found for knocking off heavy rust and scale. Mine is an Ingersoll Rand.

@@tightwadproductions961 what’s the pound rating on on yours do you recommend different types of pounds lol
@tightwadproductions9613 жыл бұрын
I am not sure the lb rating, I run it on 90 psi. My little air compressor doesn't push it to it's full potential. It is an IR 125. I highly recommend it.
