Thanks for putting this video together, I've been looking forward to this one! My 955 hydraulic control linkage is a mishmash of someone else's home made parts, and definitely needs some attention.

How does a guy decide? Spend $350-$400 for parts or food? As long as it works, we (those of us who grew up saving every bolt, washer, baling wire) keep using it. Conversely, when things are worn out replace them (but keep the old ones around "just in case"). The Overbought 755 is still waiting on parts but I know that I'll resist moving the new levers to keep them new. Old habits die hard. md

Great job with that linkage. I’m thinking you are gonna wake up one night in a cold sweat thinking about that oversized washer. Don’t fix it that night, wait for daylight.😊

"Make everything all right... I break out, in a cold sweat" - James Brown. Still waiting, now, on three 0.025" X 14mm ID washers from Fastenal. Talked with manager who intended to slip one out of the 100 piece bag but they were gone! Must be popular items. Three were ordered, one will replace the "big one", and two will be available for two lucky linkage rebuilders who request one. Expect an update if/when they show up, in an upcoming EXTRA. md

I know it’s a big ask, but could you post a list of part numbers for this? Great video by the way. I love following this series!

Did you consider replacing the o- rings and seals in the SCV. You had it almost all the way apart at that point….

Considered it but since there was no sign of leakage, and its not difficult to go back in, I left them alone. md
