I got a l2950dt kubota that's used as a PTO driven pump for our back 40s drip system, it sits 6 months on the same spot, took it in to the shop for the yearly maintenance and every year the entire intake filter and baffelding is packed with almonds. Cool vid, looking forward to your next.

The 820 and 920 were made in Germany, 1967 to 1973. I have a 1968 John Deere 350 bulldozer that was made in Germany, it has a Bosch injection pump, took me 2 years to get enough parts to rebuild it, good luck.

My father bought one new in the 60s. The only thing that ever went wrong was the injection pump. Keep water out of that fuel.

That's what I'm having to do to my 820 I have a 73 injector pump is out of it and looking for videos about taking it off and putting it back on. I guess you have to put it back in time when you put the injector pump back on the tractor.
@waylonlegend46033 жыл бұрын
@@JamesWhite-tg4kw I’m not sure what you’re asking. 2 years ago the tractor would run fine for 5 minutes and would sputter and shut off. It would do this every time and it happened out of nowhere. The injector pump was sent to get rebuilt. Not a cheap job around 450$ but it’s crucial for a running tractor.

I have pretty much the same tractor with a little more rust I picked up for $200 this week. I did find a tag on the engine model 3 152DL-09 is what I can make out. Have not found one on frame yet. I plan to remove the brush guard and oil pan guard that is on it and see if the tag is under it tomorrow. Wiring is in the same shape as yours as well. Will look forward to watching as I repair mine. If your engine tag matches let me know, I can’t figure out if it is an 820-30 or a 920 based off pictures they all seem to fit with the exhaust on the left hand lower side.

That has to be the biggest rodent nest I've ever seen!! I wonder what the intake looks like. A nice amonia bath will be a requirement after the loose stuff is gone. The amonia will clean it, but best of all, it will kill the stench. I opened an outboard motor once that looked like that. Good luck! waiting on the next video!

Would love to see an update on this! I have an 820 myself. Its fully operational, but I was trying to find information on fixing some smaller things on it, mainly the seat bracket (to keep the seat from sliding completely out of the bracket and off the back of the tractor), when I came across your video. Maybe we could trade photos and information?

@@JerusBarnett when's part 2 coming out, just came into a barn find....I mean the barn has fell down on the 820 and had to dig it out. Was hoping to follow your progress on yours to figure out what I need to do to restore this one.

@@mikeqntr there's a throttle linkage pivot at the right rear of the engine. Just below it, is a bell housing bolt. The tach drive is just inboard of that bolt. Can't figure how to send a picture in you tube.
