On the Imax you can leave the locking levers down when hooking up and attachment will snap in. Only need to raise them to disconnect attachments I have found out.

Thanks for watching and the comment +Dennis Daniels! I'll have to try that next time I'm working with attaching an implement. Usually we have just disconnected from one implement and released the levers before connecting to another one so the levers are already up but I never realized that you could just leave the levers down when hooking up to an implement. Another idea for a video, thanks!!!

liked your quick connect video, where did you get your tractor enclosure?

I noticed how your ballast box bounced around as you lowered it. That puts a lot of stress on the 3PH internals. You should re-adjust your 3PH drop-rate selector when you have the ballast box mounted. That would allow the heavy ballast box to lower gently to the ground. The drop-rate selector should be re-adjusted every time you attach a heavier or lighter implement.

Thanks for watching EOSJOE! I agree that the 3PH drop rate should be re-adjusted for heavier vs lighter implements. The video speed was increased to show what was happening a little quicker and exaggerated some of the bouncing. Also the fact that I did not move the lever in a consistent motion contributed the hesitation at different points.

Cute vid with the kids and dog, but would've preferred more focus on how to attach/detach and use the Quick Hitch with various implements.

I have one of the I match quick hitches, and it is on one tractor, while the other tractor have a quick hitch which I got from a farm supply store online. The one I got from the dealership works fine with my tractor, but I do have to change the top hitch hook on my attachment so the unit will fit my bush hog using both quick hitches.

Thanks again for watching and the comment +Sidney Mathious! So far as long as I have stuck with the correct color (GREEN) the iMatch has worked perfectly. There have been a few times when I have tried to use a piece of equipment or an attachment that was not John Deere (or Frontier) and it seems I always have to make a slight adjustment to make it fit the iMatch (which I feel like defeats some of the purpose). We have still enjoyed having the iMatch and it currently meets most of our needs.

Who made the draw bar trailer hitch that fits the imatch hitch appeared at 1:20 in your video? Thanks.
@OurBigHouseintheLittleWoods8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching Bin Wan! I believe what your referring to is the triple ball trailer hitch. It was purchased at Harbor Freight: www.harborfreight.com/triple-ball-trailer-hitch-61914.html
@binwan20108 жыл бұрын
Sorry. What I meant was the trailer hitch receiver that you fit on to the i-match hitch.
@OurBigHouseintheLittleWoods8 жыл бұрын
Ohhh that! We purchased the 3-point receiver hitch from a John Deere dealership directly as I tried 2 other brands of receiver hitches and they just did not line up right with the iMatch system. This one works perfectly!

So, what's the size of that shelter you keep your tractor in?
@OurBigHouseintheLittleWoods8 жыл бұрын
Hey +gdsmit1, thanks for watching! Here is a link to a video that we put together detailing our shelter set up: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZWkmnmkhL2mfMk To answer your question, the footprint is 13' x 20' and at the peak it is about 10' high. It has truly been a good purchase and has done it's job and held up well.

Thanks for watching Jacob Hunnicutt! Hattie, our dog, is a chocolate lab. She is a little on the small side for a lab but that is what we were hoping for.
