God rest his soul and that he made it home to his brother in Michigan finally. His only family he had left in this world.

Never forget this song. When I learned 3 months in the Philippines in the year 1991 a training course funded by Jica of Japan, the teacher talked us that he just bought an used car 800 USD and invited me to seat on the car with him to get back the domitary! On the way we sang together this song and very happy. Until now I am still remember that memory and I am always ready to sing the song every time I meet my friends!

Mine as well, but my wistful feelings are connected to West Virginia. From 78 to 82 while working at a National Lab I was part of a sampling team doing fossil fuel studies for which we went to Morgantown,West Virginia twice a year , to gather aerosol and particle samples from coal combustion and coal gasification processes.
