One of the best male singers of all time. Amazing live performer. He should have been more notised world wide. But it seems like he has gotten a lot of cred from many reaction chanels in recent time. And thats Great. He definetly deserves to be heard all over the world. I truly hope that he is doing well and continues performing for as long as he can. He is still an amazing singer at the age 73.

The best singer ever - no one can come close to the power, the ease and the pitch/note perfect voice of John Farnham. What a gift his voice is and his performances are full of energy - he just gives and gives. Good to look at too - the all round GOAT! Have loved him from the first time I heard him sing as a young girl, when he was just a teenager himself. Thankyou so much for the fabulous quality of this video.

Farnham is one of the GOAT''s but I think Steve Perry, Patti Labelle, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and Rob Halford in his prime were better than him. But, again, Farnham's vocals are outstanding, one of the best ever.

@Przemysław Dobrzyński dude you're dreaming. John is probably top 3 male vocalist in the world
@przemysawdobrzynski2590 Жыл бұрын
@@TroyBarrettEntertainment Top 10, maybe ;) Which is pretty awsome already. And it's really amazing that he maintained his range in his 70's. I don't know (m)any vocalists who could do that. But if you want to discuss it I can send you links to songs by other better singers. I'm not against Farnham, as the matter of fact in this past weekend I was listening to his records.
@leelee23509 ай бұрын
@@przemysawdobrzynski2590 I think you're correct, I saw a top 100 singers list and John was number 7, Steve Perry was number 3. Both are amazing. Steve and John both have great vocal clarity. I'm Aussie, so I love JF but there's no denying Steve Perry's voice. Rolling stone did a top 100 and I don't think either of them were on it. Was a pretty silly list to be fair.

I've watched this concert countless times as a teen on a VHS in post communist Romania. I learned the lyrics by heart, play/ rewind/play/pause thousands of times... I only just discovered this upload and I'm crying with nostalgia and a sweet sorrow for remembering the beautiful escape i felt in music back then when I was struggling with a very turbulent family life. Thank you! Truly grateful for this upload. John Farnham is a living god! And oooh i had such a crush on the drummer! When he smiles he makes me think that's what loving what you do and being on top of the world looks like! I never saw John Farnham in person in a concert and probably never will, but I watched so many videos and recordings and the adoration and appreciation is so very real and personal! Legend! I'm in awe how some artists can truly touch so many people's lives so profoundly...

I heard the drummer from queen say in a special on tv about the resurgence of Queen that he thinks Adam lambert is the greatest singer in the universe , first of all, it is good that he is so happy with Freddy’s replacement and yes Adam Lambert has some amazing high licks possibly eclipsing John Farnham but I am afraid he does not compare to John Farnham on any other facet of his vocal. John is the same live as on recording in fact I think he is better live. He is an incredible showman and he can literally do anything with his voice. I am not knocking Adam Lambert I think he and queen are a perfectly match a Queen for a Queen, so the speak. I have seen JF in concert about 20 times over the 50 plus years, I too have been a fan since Sadie. He is the GOAT.

A roadie from this tour was dressed in a kilt & Scottish get-up, and had to go on stage & pretend to play the epic bagpipe solo! 😅 Poor lad was deeply nervous - I hope he has very fond memories looking back now. The crowd loved it & cheered him on, regardless 💕 I’m delighted it was captured on film 🎥
