Just wanted to say that you are helping me in dark and lonely times by showing that someone must not be perfect, that its okay to be not perfectly adapted to todays society and to feel absolutely lost and not well in your twenties. I saw your video on andertons in which you talked about hard times in the past and walking around while nothing feels real. I can relate and its comforting that you are an example that no matter how hard and dark life gets, music is just always there and carries you through these times. Now thats a role model

Recently I've found on RHCP instagram a reel where they are practicing "Eddie" before a gig and John is using only the Silver Jubilee; so I'd say it's the backbone of his tone. Obviously he uses more on stage and in the studio, but I thought it's a nice little sidenote. Cheers as always!

I've been playing the boss gt1 through my mg100 half stack, and I almost don't even feel like I need a tube amp anymore. And the best part is getting all of these specific tones. Like there's basically a Jake e Lee tone, zakk Wylde tone, a few Hendrix tones, and everything is customizable. I love it. Still trying to figure out some parts of it, it can get complicated, but best bang for buck I think I've ever experienced in the guitar world

I think it was épisode 1, I Can remember about it, it really helped me at the time 👌 btw my mg still have the same setup as you told here (main differences are the bass are at 12 o'clock and I put a little bit of treble, but mids were at 3 too😂😊)

So what your saying, when you get right down to it, is the only 2 pedals you need for the tone is the only two I don't have? I could do that DS1 settings thing I talked about, but my ears are still ringing from the last Frusciante slap. That guy slaps harder than Will Smith on Oscars night.
