@@bustabass9025 Aah, got it. Thanks. John actually wrote the song on my piano while he was house sitting for me. He originally named it for the street I lived on but Basie didn't like the name. John and I met in marching band and have been friends since our teens.

@@stephanienelson275 John was one of my influences for learning the upright bass. I was strictly an electric bassist for nearly forty years. Then I saw some of his learning resources, and the work he was doing with Ray Brown, his main influence, and I thought, "man, I gotta get me some o' dat!..." Beautiful tune Steph. He dunya good!😆
