@@justamustachewithoutaguy9370 I had a powerlifting coach who told me that. I don't have a source, but he is a researcher so I trust his judgement. However, "ceiling" isn't the same as "rate of muscle growth." Of course steroids help you get to your ceiling and build muscle many times faster than natural, that's not a question.

Absolutely. Thats what makes him my favorite modern day lifter by far. He lifts record weights with No sumo stance, no crazy arch bench press, no low bar wide stance squat.

3:45 is not 310 kilos. Looks like 280 if that is a 25kg squat bar. 4:30 isn't 325.

O ok I thought wrong to thinking the 5 reds was 606 which would’ve been me thinking right due to the 5lbs clips on each side I just didn’t know they were using a 55 lbs squat bar which has it to be 616 instead of 606 same for 595

Johns just stronger high bar, he was at an extemely high level when his coach Joey picked him up and they kept him high bar, I think it’s also personal preference but for Andy I’m pretty sure his hip injury is something to do with it. Anyone correct me if I’m wrong.
