Sure sounds like a pedal steel in there. I don't think that's the lead guitar player. Is the sound from the CD?

I went looking for the steel player, too. Notice audio of lyrics continued when his mouth wasn't wording them. Probably practicing to recording or over-dubbing video--sometimes? Before close-ups of amps note mouth not moving. Soon after, MAYBE there's a steel player to bassist's left (occasionally behind), OUR far right; that or sound man at mixer.
