Saw him at Paramont theater Springfield MA (80's) and Town Hall in NYC. Always excellent...love his music and voice. The Goners were excellent too.

I was introduced to John Hiatt through Joe Bonamassa and learned that my favorite artist, Jimmy Buffett, had recorded quite a few of his tracks. I am now pleased to say that I have his entire catalogue on my phone and he has become one of my favorite artists. I am disappointed, however, in the fact that despite a great many leading artists recording covers of his music not many people know who he is. He gets nowhere near the respect that he deserves.

How did John like Sebastian Balk being the TikiBar on The Masked Singer? I actually thought it might have been him until I heard his voice and knew no way that guy was him. John's voice is far too recognizable and perfect!
