If you're ready to put down roots, a home purchased properly is a wealthy builder for sure. We bought a 2 family and went FI in 40s. We are net paid to live here. Just don't get house fever/ FOMO and over pay.

He owns many homes…founded a home owner organization…opposite can be said about him, that of course he would advocate home ownership. People are struggling to even own one home today, forget about 7 homes, 700 homes, 7000 homes, etc.

People invest in mutual fund and etfs based on historical data and a bit of perception. Going by that most rich and super rich except billionaires and millionaires at the very high end of the spectrum has made money from REAL ESTATE and that’s the raw truth!
