I struggled with Golf my entire life. There is a lot of bad information out there. John Jacobs restored my sanity. He is the best I wish he was still alive so I could thank him.

The sheer genius of John Jacobs is the simplicity of his message. Some people should never be allowed to age; they're just too valuable.

I recognized John in Egypt he was in a club house where I was playing, I didn't like to just walk up to him, then I found out he was involved in a tournament at the course, a great servant to golf and highly rated instructor bless him

Without doubt the greatest. Its such a shame the knowledge he shares is seen as far too simple for todays golfing machines. Still relevant today, D-Plane aside, this information is timeless.

Same, times a hundred. You can trace back so many of the current controversies (e.g., "body" versus "hands and arms") to a synthesis in his original works. It's been good for endless money to be made, but you find it all addressed -- simply and profoundly, too simply and profoundly for a lot of people -- in the Jacobs works of the '60s through the '80s.

There are a great many people wth a vested interest in selling their 'secret' possibly along with a new set of clubs. Very few pros I've been to have chided my for playing blades as a handicap player, for me a true professional should only be concerned with teaching a square, consistent and repeating swing

Jack Nicklaus is recognized as one of the best long iron players and drivers of the ball to ever play. Why does Mr. Jacobs belittle his swing to this degree?

Jack outscored the opposition that is the game of golf, how many, how you do it is in the eye of the beholder
