It is a great pleasure for me to share this poem with you, my Friends. John Keats is no doubt one of the greatest English poets. As for me, being in the Autumn of my life, I´d like to go through this period as Keats describes it: calm, sweet, and full of the glories of Nature. Enjoy!🤗

Lovely poem. The same writer who previously captivated us in a class by reading "La Belle Dame sans Merci." The author has a marvelous way of making us picture the three different aspects of the season, its fertility, its labor, and its eventual decline. Through each of the stanzas, there is a progression from the beginning of autumn to its midsection and, subsequently, the announcement of winter. Thank you very much for sharing it. 🍁🍂😊 That poem reminded me of "November Rain" - an iconic song by Guns N' Roses that, while not specifically mentioning autumn, evokes a melancholic and reflective feeling that can be associated with the season.
