I don't understand why these judicial nominees don't watch these hearings before their own questioning because Kennedy always asks the exact same 35-40 questions he's been asking for years. I can tell you after attending a very liberal college that you want to actually achieve a high GPA, you aren't given a choice or information during the class to be completely honest or correct in many circumstances. I think it's fairly naïve to assume that she couldn't have changed her mind, but I would also say that her recent work and/or ideas are a lot more indicative of what her current opinions are. She could have come from a church hating family into a church hating school and had very little interaction with real Christians until after college. Look at the woman that was brought up in a family that actually were believers and she hated her family after a couple years in woke indoctrinated college in Mass. Now she fights for people that have gone through the same thing or to help prevent it, but she basically went through a program to reverse it. I don't know much about her, but many of the comments on this video sound just like all hypocritical, nasty leftists.

She gets a thumbs up for at least answering honestly....most of them try to hide or dance around answering. I'm not someone who thinks we should be looking back 25 years into someone's past for something they said. What is her actual history..what has she done. I thought the questions posed to the 2nd guy were spot on. He's interviewing for a position above where he's ever been before so there should be some things he hasn't done before. As long as he's properly prepared for what he has to do is the important part and the Senator asked good questions to bring that to light. Kennedy is good because he's straight forward, he's not trying to play word games and he wants straight answers back.

She's actually the first nominee from this administration that I've seen own up to her past. ALL the others dodge and deflect and change subjects. I respect her honesty, but that alone doesn't qualify her.

@@jimbusmaximus4624 It doesn't disqualify her either. If the questions pertain to a position she's applying for, her past history should not have a darn thing to do with that. The exception would be if she was a child molester, if she committed fraud, extortion, embezzlement or something of that nature. Kennedy's questions are completely out of line & are aimed at embarrassing & humiliating her. These hearings are nothing but a damn shit show & I don't understand why the person overseeing the hearing doesn't call Mr. Kennedy out of order and instruct him to keep his questions pertaining to current situations! That is their job. 😤🤔😡

@@jimbusmaximus4624 but she tried to justify her crap because she was 20. She literally blamed her ignorance on her age... As a junior at Harvard! Seriously? She didn't own up to anything

Idk is the why everyone was looking at bretts highschool yearbook. I just think the scrutiny is the same. So if they are willing to go that far back for one it should be for all. Also you sound like someone who excuses Justin Trudeau's black face.
