Fun fact about that scene, They fucked up the subtitles. When he says "You've lost weight" Francis replies "dvadtsat' kilogrammov", Or 20 kilograms. He was telling John there was 20 guards inside. It was an old code between them. Kevin Nash stated it in an interview about his character.

the way the they word things, I think Jimmy and the other guy, Fancis, use to or still do 'work' and have run into or worked with John in the past. so with Jimmy's 'you working again?' line, he knows what john did and does not want to get into that kind of mess, because they both have professional courtesy and respect what each other do. that or they are really good friends with john and want to keep it that way, XD.

Jimmy was worth exploring a bit more. Is he High Table, did John save his life, maybe John told him the absolute truth as soon as he moved there with a promise that he wouldn't cause any trouble (buried the briefcase in front of Jimmy). Lots of possibilities. Then again, maybe picking one would spoil the mystery.
