Public has wildly overestimated the federal government and the defense contractors --- it assumes that its made all sorts of tech advances and has all sorts of UFO research ongoing --- in fact the federal gov and its contractors are just feeding at the public trough -- it is a slow, lazy incompetent sloppy effort wherever you look --- it hides its sloppy work from the public very easily abusing its discretion, and always keeps the public in the dark about all of this stuff. I base this on my career in the federal gov 22 years, I found that it has contempt for the public, it overclassifies routinely. I bet if you somehow were able to inspect what the gov has in its possession you'd discover that it has UFOs etc but has learned little about them and has been completely negligent about the whole subject. what i really like about this interview is that george's questions are coming from a sceptic point of view in which most of us are aware that he isn't. what a professional. he's one of my favorites and i wish i could meet him just to shake his hand and tell him how much i appreciate his life's work
