In 1975 I was camped with two buddies at K-38, south of Tijuana and Southeast of San Clemente Island about 87 miles. The three of us watched in disbelief as what we initially thought was a shooting star....started doing huge point to point turns covering a huge distance. It was moving like a shooting star, and would stop....then shoot in another direction. This only lasted for 30 seconds or so, and then on one of it's stops....it just turned off like a light. We didn't sleep much that night. 29 years later.....F-18 pilots from the Nimitz Carrier group see the same things...up close. Those Tic Tac UFOs were moving from the edge of space to the surface of the ocean in one second and that's according to the radar operators and the visuals by the pilots. Lots of naysayers on this thread but I have a message for you- when you finally see one....have the balls to own all your sarcastic banter....because it's coming soon.

@@corzalamel What a bizarre response. How do you deduce this man was on drugs? He explained he was in the military and noted his observations as well as the observations of the radar operators. The behavior of these objects as described obviously do not coincide with that of a shooting star. Moreover, you're presuming a shitload about this man's state of mind at the time and his motivations, as if you're his personal therapist. You're being just a blind as the hardcore believers by dismissing anything that doesn't fit your bias and making gapping presumptions about his character. There are a lot of flaws in many of the accounts related to UFO's, but in the same vein there are many that are simply unexplainable in the context of our understanding of modern technology - and if true, require a reworking of the framework in which we view the world around us.

I'll be honest, I have a new found appreciation for Joe Rogan because of these interviews and his stance on mind altering substances. People like myself just assumed he was an ”average Joe" (pun not intended) and nothing special but he's actually very well read and intelligent. He speaks of these things from a place of knowledge and understanding. He doesn't just blurt out things verbatim and attempt to argue about things he really doesn't understand. Its simply how we all should be thinking I used to lay out on my driveway when was a kid and look into the stars wondering all the same shit, and doing independent research just because was interesting- the problem is people are just wired to only care about the "now" and worry too much about things that don't really matter like what color iPhone they want next...if we just weren't distracted by so much we wouldn't have so many ignorant people, its not that Joe is smart, maybe he is but it's just not an indication of being dumb or smart its just an example of how we all should think without our thought process being totally hijacked like some people allow

He just said element 115. bob's theory on how the power unit worked really clicked with me when he described it , a particle [ proton?] hits the 115 and is absorbed , the resulting 116 is unstable imeadiately ejecting an anti proton [anti-neutron?] an anti neutrino and a gamma ray [ x-ray?] then becomes 115 again, catalytic matter / anti matter conversion! one sliver and you do this forever!~, perhaps stumbled upon by this race , an unusual but natural nuclear reaction discovered pehaps as bob says that this element may be natural occurring where they come from [ collision of 2 neutron stars, [ rare event] causing very heavy elements precipitating out of scattered "neutronium" or degenerate matter from deep inside suddenly re-expanding from the drop in gravitational pressure , bubbling out like gas in soda when you twist off the lid] , giving the secret of limitless power to this race , allowing them to advance much faster , like when we discovered fission , the secret of how uranium can be separated with flourine gas from mixtures of metals [ thorium plutonium ect] , as uf6 being a gas and other metal flourides are salts[ solids] allowing us to use this unique quirk of nature. just like the 115, it may be the only element that has an anti matter decay product , a strange quirk of maths/physics , like the unlikelyhood that uranium hexaflouride is a gas , but extremely useful , a substance that turns matter to anti-matter..., if this is how naturally occurring 115 is common in zeta-reticuli [ neutron star debris field] then it stands to reason that other heavy things are common there also, uranium, thorium, gold, rare earths, lead , platinium, iridium tungsten, the abundance of these materials may have given the little grey guys quite the " leg -up" on their climb up the scienctific /technological ladder surpassing where we are millions of years ago..... they may just want someone new to talk to , they may have just run out of ideas and are trying the " if you had all this power , and this gravity tech and this nano tech...what would you make human?" strategy.. young races could be the only ones with " the spark" of imagination old races lack from stagnation over time?
