John Legend is brilliant and Carrie has a voice that is an almost unmatched powerhouse. I was expecting the other Hallelujah song the first I heard it. This song doesn't even close to what her voice is capable of though. Songs of hers to check out would be The Champion featuring Ludacris. Two Black Cadillacs Just A Dream Blown Away Church Bells(it's probably not what you'd expect based on the title). These are best with the official videos because they add to the story. How Great Thou Art with Vince Gill live(it's mind-boggling how good she is in that song in particular).

Ok I'm with you guys not the " Hallelujah" I was expecting ! If you want to check out an amazing cover of Leonard Cohen 's " Hallelujah " no production just two singers pure talent, Allie Sherlock and a new young busker Fionn Whelan ! Carrie does lots of different types of songs. You will have many options, but a total off the beaten path song would be Champion that she recorded with Ludacris. Very inspirational. Another favorite of mine is I Will See You Again.

To follow up on Carrie, her first big hit song was Jesus take the Wheel which is a great one that put her on the map after American idol. She also has a great version of the song How Great Thou Art as well. She is a member of the Grand Ole Opry as well, so maybe do one from there so BP1 can be more educated about the Opry
