People who want to be tested for Covid should mostly check their intelligence -- I don't care a ... There are so many dangers far greater and we don't make such a fuss about them! Now go and give a thumbs down -- I'm accustomed to that already ;-) P.S.: Not denying the danger of Covid, but we should stop looking at one single potential problem and ignoring much larger ones and in fact creating a whole bunch of not needed problems through that.

Such a true talent who with endless tweaks of his voice, playing, producing, writing, & arranging of his own songs shows what an extraordinary musician he is. He celebrates his classics & as well as puts new spins on them so we add yet another version of a beloved JM song to our favorites. All while still creating completely new music & interesting collabs. He seems like a great human too with a flawed past who has owned up & forgiven himself in ways we could all learn from.

So beautiful and so mush talent. He literally expressed his crying pain as he sang his song about Dear Marie 💜 and I could feel it with him.

Can I just point out that he did all of that slapping and muting on "Who Says..." with a pick tucked away in his right hand?

Phenomenal! Got chills when he said " I'm feeling one more" and just went right into it. He is really an out of this world performer. I'm confused on who disliked this. I get if you prefer different music, but who watches this whole video is was like, meh?!

1-22-2021. This performance is right around when I tested positive for COVID then landed in the hospital about 7 days later, for 10 days, then had a long 2-3 month recovery at home. Ahh good times. So glad to be alive and enjoying all music, especially John Mayer’s. He’s an amazing musician with a beautiful and kind heart. Thank you John. ⭐️💜🌹

The fact that he can play that picking pattern on the last one and sing at the same time with such effortlessness is amazing.

I’ve always loved Dear Marie so dearly (forgive the pun) and the joy on his face while he plays it warms my heart when everything seems so empty for me at the moment

James Taylor's singing is a bit superior than Mayer's, but Taylor can't touch Mayer's playing. And that's no knock on James Taylor. Mayer is in a league with a handful of artists when it comes to guitar playing and songwriting.

This is music! It’s the joy of playing and becoming one with the instrument and the song. I’m happy John has no need to proof the world how fast or virtuous he could play 👍 It‘s more of a „tender“ virtuosity 😊

PLEASE drop the ads, I waned to listen to John Mayer, not about belly fat in the middle of a song set. I want to play a song and not have ads interrupt the song set. Maybe youtube wants to make $, but this is no fun! I could deal with a commercial at the beginning of a video as long as it doesnt make me 'skip ad' every time. I am doing the dishes, cleaning the house, doing things that dose not let me stop every time a new song comes on. I dont know what else to say.

Love Martin Acoustics. They sound really great and even though you can purchase better made acoustics at insane prices I just prefer the tone of a Martin guitar. I had a D-28, OM-28, and have a 000-18 and they are great guitars. So many more models I would like to have but Id have to have John Mayer's income.
