It sounds dumb, but I'm truly impressed by John's lack of filler ("um" "uh") use. I feel in an interview it's so easy to just be like "uh like um" but he's so so eloquent and intelligent.
@AP-zo1ww
@AP-zo1ww 4 жыл бұрын
This is late but right as I read this comment, I heard him say, "um" twice in like a minute lol. He definitely doesn't use fillers that much. For a good speaker like John, I'm pretty sure he uses "um" to not sound arrogant... like he knows the answer right as you ask a question.

"I guess I just felt like giving up today" All of the above... in TWO songs.

John is such a creative and articulate guy. He doesn’t care what people think. He just follows his heart. With life and his music. The interviewer being funny, I felt took John to a special place in his head. I think music by a lot of artists now is prescribed to just make money. I have a new respect for John and his honesty. I wish I could afford his Martin signature model OM guitar. I’ll have to settle for my way cheaper Sigma OM guitar 😋
