Yes, if JP didn´t want to have anything to do with James, he could easily leave him alone but there is apparently something between them that he can´t resist for some reason. And intellectually I do think he has more in common with James than George. Mercedes forgave James as she knew it was her fault that things got so wrong so if she can do it, JP can. The annoying thing is that James now tries to manipulate JP back to him which is really not suitable but fun to watch. It´s time for James to grow up and be kind and nice to people. In the beginning JP didn´t want to have anything to do with James and now says that he is a friend. It´s very obvious how things will turn out in the future.

Poor George, if he'll be the one who dies before 2021 arrives then he has no idea what's expecting him the next 6 months. Hoping it's not him though but there's a chance that it might be cause in the flash foward scene there was a covered death body and John-Paul was crying next to it. Think it might be PC Kiss . I don't want it to be him but there's a chance that it is.

Thanks for putting these scenes together, I know a lot of people really appreciate it. Crazy theory time: what if George is Sally's son (making him JP's half-brother) from before she transitioned? Not only are they both Scottish, but they look quite similar (as do George and JP), and we don't really know much about either of their backgrounds. Also, JP and George's relationship is progressing pretty slowly by Hollyoaks' standard, even without James in the mix for the love-triangle. As mentioned, they haven't even kissed yet: what if it's because they're building up to a big reveal that they're blood-related? Plus, James Sutton (John Paul) did a storyline similar when he was on Emmerdale, so I wouldn't put it past the writers to have him do it again! Like I said, it's pretty crazy; but it's just a thought I had!

@@ChelseyLinden Well, I doubt that Sally would want JP and George to date if she knew that they were related! I meant that Sally is unaware that George is her son, but she feels drawn to him (because of genetic magnetism, but doesn't know it) but assumes it's because she thinks he and JP will be a good match. Maybe she'd had a fling when she was Ian, but then cut all contact with the woman before the transition, so had no idea that the fling had resulted in a child. Almost the opposite of the situation with JP, where she was aware of his existence and had set out to find him.
