if its not real rosewood ,saying "eco rosewood" is misleading and goes against the ACCC GUIDELINES

It's not pretending it's rosewood it's explained on their website, given the issues sourcing sustainable rosewood - and it's called eco-rosewood die to similar characteristics - though it would be nice to know what wood it is.
