John Rarey and Cruiser

John Rarey was an American horse tamer. Cruiser was a vicious English race horse. The rest is history.

Rarey's method was duplicated with the "Running W rig" that many horsemen used. The general public knew more about horses in the past. The ground must be very soft to safely lay a horse down, and there are other safety considerations. Thank you presenting this story of John Rarey.
