Gareth A Davies clearly is not liked. There has to be more about his sycophantic behaviour that truly grates not just the wider public but also his colleagues. Davies ignores what people have to say and he constantly talks over his colleagues. All in all he has so many personality traits that people simply do not like. Why do TalkSport employ him?
