John Redwood: 'This is just a set of silly questions' - BBC Newsnight

Leading Brexit campaigner John Redwood MP has dismissed questions about UK payments to the EU as "a set of silly questions". He was speaking in an interview with Kirsty Wark, about a Newsnight report which suggested the UK may need to make big payments to the EU to secure preferential trading terms after Brexit. The government says it will not provide a running commentary, but that all decisions about taxpayers' money should be made in the UK.
