There is just too many variables to even think to stick to those principles. There will always be more sheep than leaders, and there are many people who finally wake up and see the light late. Its no different than intellectuals only conversing with those few people who read or have been conditioned at and early age to self educate themselves. They will naturally have an easier time understanding them compared to the sheep which is the majority, who dont have the patience. If you dont nourish the sheep how do you expect a culture to progress if we focus on just the minority? That saying is basically bundling people in a whole. Change will always be slow but the sheep will always be more important than the few who are willing to learn, or are considered more righteous. Of course not everyone can be save, and some people are never willing to change, but in the meantime while we need to clean up our culture as a whole to what we cherish, we need to spend more time focusing on the blind than the leaders in order to make slow process to improve our culture.

@Willie Ross that doesn't make him racist because he wanted guys to stand for the flag. Have you ever thought that maybe he is patriotic and just like Black Folks looked at Kapernick kneeling for the flag as a protest against police brutality he looked through his eyes as it being patriotic to a Country he loves. The problem is nobody wants to understand or hear why anyone else did anything because us as Black Folks or so close minded especially when it comes to something being perceived as racist. Jerry Jones could have been racist when that picture came out. He could be a changed man now. But if he said that a lot of Black folks would still have Jerry Jones in the KKK. I know how we are. Every story I have heard about him and those players he loves those guys. Did you hear what he did for Tyron Smith. Tyrone was 19 or a young 20 when Dallas drafted him so he was still basically a kid in maturity. When he got his contract his family came with their hand out. So Tyron gave them close to 500 hundred thousand and after a couple months they spent all that money. Well than the family comes back around for more telling this young man how he need to give his Mom and Dad more money and he had an emotional breakdown. Jerry Jones took and put restraining orders against his family and told them if they come at him again he will have them locked up and than gave them another check for 500 hundred thousand out of his own pocket. This is just one of the stories I have heard. Sometimes when we project on other people what they are it is really because that's what we are. Just saying

@@SD_Chosen lol doesn't matter because that was a way of life for that era. I was in college TSTC/WACO in 93 when The Branch Davidians & David Koresh got burned out. They brought some survivors to our campus. They told us DO NOT GO TO THE AREA...guess what we did....we took our nosey asses down there lol.

@@jeromenichols1154 That is My point...maybe Jerry was just being curious and nosey and when he got to the crowd the picture was snapped...it isn't like he shaking his fist, or physically blocking them.

@Yo Mama’s A Funky Hoe! but wrong is wrong no matter who doing it you can’t do something wrong and get caught and your excuse is everyone else is doing it it just don’t work that way if this was any black athlete coach owner etc. they would have to stand on it when the ime udoka situation happened none of you rushed to the comments to say hey take it easy “if adultery was a crime half the population would be locked up” so Jerry needs to step up and either denounce he’s a racist or just stand on all ten and come out with it
