I remember being a kid in the 90s. My cousin was allergic to milk. I thought his Oat milk and toffuti ice cream was kind of weird. Today as an adult Im Vegan and Oatly is like the best thing ever. Proud being swede because of this brand. 😅

Really interesting, I've been following them for quite awhile and always intrigued by their 'marketing'. They seem to spend a fortune on ads and outdoor advertising. I'm not a fan of them using their CEO in ads, etc.seems a bit ego-centric. How fun to have that much money (seems endless for Oatly) to build a brand.

Investor of Oatly is Blackstone, a finacial locust. Nearly 90% is water, 10% oat, rest is rapeseed oil and a couple of chemicals. Now the water cost 2-3 € per 1000 liters from the water tap. Water+10% Oat, called "Oatly", costs 2.150 € per 1000 liters. So for finacial locust Blackstone "Oatly" is like printing money. Why they did not chose the Tesla way of financing instead of ripping off the consumer. 🤷🏻‍♂️
