I love this video; the Monterey area is one of my favorite places to visit. But I think you mis-spoke when you said that he won the Nobel in 1968. He actually won it in 1962. But thank you for such a lovely video. I do have a question for you. Have you read either of his son's books? Thomas Steinbeck wrote a short story collection, Down to a Soundless Sea and a novel In the Shadow of the Cypress.
