YES YOU DID VYLET PONY!! :D I love that you put it in standout her music is SO underrated (Btw this album in particular reminds me of Teminite’s Raise the Black Flag album so that’s why I favored it :))

Had to see this when I saw you reviewed Girls Who Are Wizards on AOTY. So cool to hear you give Vylet some praise on this channel :)

Yea they weren't a name I was familiar with before, but it definitely will appear more now moving forward!

@@BowtiedMedia And just so you know, Vylet’s next album (Monarch of Monsters) will most likely not be EDM. The following album, Love & Ponystep, will be ;)

PLEASE, if you are reading this, check out the salute album, it’s one of the most fun and energetic house projects I’ve heard all year and it’s currently my go to summer music :)

And if Blanke has been (Blank) and not (Blon-cuh) this whole time I'm going to be upset because that's what I named my car.

Lil Texas in Trash is criminal. His style isn’t for everyone but the reason I love his style is probably why you didn’t like it, the abrasiveness. It just pumps me up and gets my adrenaline going which sometimes is all you really need from a style like that
@BowtiedMediaАй бұрын
I mean sure. I just think you can do abrasive while not making my ears bleed..

@BowtiedMedia I think there are some people who look for having their ears ruptured on purpose.

Why I like Lil Texas: Growing up listening to distorted EDM aswell as sludge/psych/doom/heavy metal, rock and punk, I really tend to like overdriven, absolutely destroyed sounds! It bounces hard, it's silly, and is of course loud as fuck! It also works SURPRISINGLY well in most clubs. It's actually kinda resembling those fuzzy feedback delays you'd normally hear in modern psych guitar music, like in King Gizzard or Osees (kzbin.info/www/bejne/rofLon6woayDgpI)

Let's just put it this way, it's not meant for casual listening or headphones but I see what you mean.
@linussvard6553Ай бұрын
@@LightningMo3 It's music. It's made to be listened to. It doesnt matter if you "should" listen to it in a club or in headphones at home. If you like it, you like it.

@@linussvard6553 Yeah no music definitely isn't ever created with certain venues, sound setups, or audiences in mind. Definitely prefer listening to Excision with no bass, like what...

@@LightningMo3 its my own fault if i listen to it on a device that doesnt suit the music. Lil Texas works on headphones (atleast to me).
