Punk and New Romantic were both a British scene driven by fashion and the club scene and amphetamine. Mod culture was a British movement driven by fashion, music the club scene and amphetamine which Steve and Paul were defiantly influenced by (what ya going do about it ?)ts really not not that different dude.
