The Trials section at 11.10 is Fingle Hill, climbing away through the woods from Fingle Bridge. It's still used as a section on the Exeter Trial to this day

All of this was filmed around the south west of England. The first trials clips start at the White Horse just outside of Exeter. I think the clips around 11 mins are of the Exeter trial (possibly Sims Hill?). The Scramble footage at 15 mins appears to be the Favre-Leuba event held at North Molton. I think the next bit of Scramble footage at 18:24m might be Newton St Cyres neat Crediton. The motorcycle gymkhana that starts at 31:45m looks great fun and possibly held around the Crediton area. The Speedway clip at 36:40m would be the County Ground at Exeter. I'm not sure where the sidecar scramble event would have been held (beginning at 38:15m). The final clip of the Stock Car racing is from Par Stadium near St Austell. Thanks for watching!
